In this era of vigorous development and intelligent future, we stand at the forefront of technological transformation, looking back on our journey with firm steps and looking forward to the future.
As a technology enterprise rooted in the economic center of China, since its establishment, Dishi Technology has always taken it as its mission to "promote the innovation and application of semiconductor technology". We are well aware that semiconductors and artificial intelligence are not only technological innovations but also historical opportunities bestowed upon us by the times. In this new era of accelerated intelligent transformation, our goal is not merely to survive but to lead; not merely to develop but to break through.
Our goal is to break through the "bottleneck" technologies and build an independent and controllable core capacity for domestic semiconductors. Currently, the global semiconductor industry landscape is undergoing profound changes, with high technical barriers and increasing supply chain risks. However, we do not retreat or hesitate. Dishi Technology will focus on key links such as semiconductor materials, chip design, and advanced packaging, increase R&D investment, assemble top teams, and tackle core technical challenges such as high-purity silicon material preparation, advanced lithography processes, and high-density interconnections. The explosion of artificial intelligence has put forward unprecedented demands for computing power. We not only aim to create "chips", but also "intelligent chips". Relying on our deep accumulation in AI algorithms and system architectures, Dishi Technology will develop high-performance AI chips specifically for large model training and inference, and create an integrated domestic solution of "computing power + algorithms". We are committed to enabling Chinese AI to run on "Chinese chips".
Our goal is to promote collaborative innovation and ecosystem co-construction in China's semiconductor industry chain. We are willing to join hands with domestic equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, packaging and testing enterprises, and design companies to build a safe, stable and efficient localized supply chain. We will open our technology platform, share research and development achievements, and promote the formulation of standards to help China's semiconductor industry form a complete ecosystem from "sand to system". We will also cultivate a group of semiconductor technology talents with a sense of "the greater good of the country". Talent is the foundation of the industry. We will establish the "Dishan Semiconductor Young Scientist Program" to support basic research and encourage original innovation; we will jointly build laboratories with universities to promote the integration of industry and education, and provide the country with a group of "down-to-earth, patient and mission-driven" new forces in the semiconductor field.
We do not seek the fleeting noise of the moment; what we pursue is the echo of history.
It is faster to travel alone, but farther to travel together. Dishi Technology is actively establishing in-depth cooperation with universities, research institutions and industry partners to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, research and application. We believe that true innovation stems from the collision of ideas and the sharing of resources. In the future, we will continue to build an open platform, attract global talents, gather wisdom and strength, and jointly write the future chapter of artificial intelligence. Our goal is to build a technology team with ideals, responsibility and combat effectiveness. Talent is the primary resource for scientific and technological innovation.
